Should marijuana be legalized? This is one question on many people’s minds. There has been a lot of debate for years now over whether or not making marijuana illegal does more harm than good. Marijuana is definitely an addictive drug, yes everybody knows that. But there are also medical benefits that shouldn’t be taken for granted because it can help many people. Several blogs have been created just for the purposes of educating the public both for and against legalizing marijuana.  We thought that it would be a good idea to list those that we are aware of and then leave the debate up to our visitors to decide how they feel about the subject. 3. http://420-now.blogspot.com/ – This is all facts about marijuana: the history, uses, cooking, etc. 420 Now wants us to realize all the benefits of marijuana, so it should be made legal. The posts are general information, but have the essence of a good site.
4. http://www.marijuana.com/ – Marijuana is a site dedicated to giving everything that’s needed to know about the substance. Included here are the current research, news, and drug tests info among others. You can find photos and recipes with marijuana, so you have a complete overview about it.
5. http://strainreview.com – If you want to tell your side of the story of talk about your experiences, Strain Review can help. There is great information here, and you can even join the discussion with other people.
6. http://takemenowhere.org/ – A blog all about marijuana, Take Me Nowhere aims to teach the people an unbiased view of marijuana: the effects and benefits. The answers to frequently answered questions are also found here, so you can easily understand the things discussed here.
7. http://snowyphils.blogspot.com/ – Don’t Eat Yellow Snow is an anti-prohibition page about marijuana. Like many organizations, they want to give people the chance to decide for themselves if they want to use marijuana. There are benefits which shouldn’t be avoided and instead be maximized.
8. http://www.cannabisculture.com/ – Cannabis Culture has numerous posts about marijuana substance. The topics differ, but the creator of the blog wants to emphasize the need to change the law. In one post, it calls for Obama to “change” the policy, since his campaign is all about change.
9. http://marijuanacannabis.wordpress.com/ – Marijuana Cannabis promotes the importance of the plant all over the world. This is really a great blog to look at if you’re interested in marijuana which is really famous anywhere you go.

11. http://nallforgovernor.blogspot.com/ – The Loretta Nall blog has great emphasis on drug reform law, especially on marijuana which has been quite controversial lately. Aside from this, many other social justice oriented issues are covered so people have an idea of what’s happening in society.
12. http://www.medicalmarijuanajournal.org/ – Because marijuana has so many benefits for the health, people want to legalize it. They use blogs to share their opinions and tell of the good the substance brings, and not only the negative effects felt by addicts.

The posts range from anything about laws, growth, and opinions regarding marijuana. This is a reasonable blog, giving readers the chance to think critically whether or not to legalize marijuana.
14. http://weedsmokersguide.com/ – If you’re a weed smoker and wants to read another person’s experiences, Weed Smokers Guide would probably be it. This blog has everything you need to know, whether it’s about cooking, growing and smoking marijuana.
15. http://www.hempology.ca/ – As the International Hempology 101 Society, they want to educate the public on the truth about marijuana. This is a non-profit organization which doesn’t aim to ban nor legalize the substance, just teach the people about facts and myths.
16. http://drootopia.blogspot.com/ – Drootopia aims to share the truth about marijuana. As the blog says, marijuana is the least addicting drug but still manages to stop pain. Unlike alcohol and other drugs, it is the most harmless so the government shouldn’t keep the people from having it.

If you want to share about your secret stash, contest the government’s views, or just talk about your experience, this is the blog to be.  There’s no judgment here, so you can be honest in writing about your feelings.
18. http://www.opposingviews.com/ – Opposing Views is just that, contradicting the laws passed by the government. One of the topics tackled here is the legalization of marijuana, because they believe it is more of an asset than a liability to the people.
19. http://budfacts.com/ – The marijuana industry is famous all around the world, so knowing the events in the US isn’t enough. Bud Facts teaches us these and more, especially about its medical benefits for the users.
20. http://loopylettuce.wordpress.com/ – To learn more about marijuana, Loopy Lettuce has the info you need. They have myths, news, and other political updates regarding cannabis. This is a good blog to read if you have time and are interested in the subject matter.
21. http://hempnews.tv/ – There are environmental benefits gotten from marijuana. Hemp News tells us the breaking news so that we will know whether or not it has been legalized in our community already.
22. http://www.celsias.com/ – Celsias is an environment-friendly blog that educates the readers about ways to prevent climate change. Even this blog admits that legalizing marijuana would help the world, because it can stop the cutting of deep forests and destruction of the ecosystem.
23. http://theconservativepothead.blogspot.com/ – You gotta want to checkout a blog entitled the Conservative Pothead, right?  This blog is written by Joseph Klare, aka Stoner Jesus.  Definitely an interesting perspective.
24. http://www.marijuanalegalizationnews.com/ – This blog wants available equal use of marijuana substance, so it can solve a lot of criminal problems in the country. Marijuana Legalization News has posts about the laws and growing techniques on the plant. There is even a shopping guide in the blog.
25. http://endo.tv/ – Endo.tv has multiple videos that’s all about marijuana. You can actually learn a lot here, from growing the plant indoor and outdoor, cooking with it, and lots more. There are also comedy videos with marijuana in it, so the blog won’t seem too serious. This blog wants to legalize marijuana, because there’s really nothing wrong with it.
26. http://the420times.com/ – The 420 Times is a medical marijuana magazine aiming to teach people about the effects of marijuana. This is a fair blog, giving both sides of the story although it does wants to make marijuana legal.
27. http://www.effectivedrugrehabilitation.com/ – It’s hard to become addicted to drugs. That’s why Effective Drug Rehabilitation was created, to help people cope with their addiction to different substances. Some posts here say that cannabis is less addicting than alcohol, making it safer and therefore should be legalized.
28. http://mmjspots.com/ – MMJ Spots is a blog anyone can submit their posts in. It has news stories and reviews on different substances to help people know whether to use one or not. There is also a medical marijuana directory for everyone, so it can help you heal with your sickness.

There are many views on this matter, so you really have to look at multiple perspectives. In the end, you make the choice.
